This project can be done in just a few hours; use the fabric bought specifically for the bed skirt, or reuse old sheets that match your furnishings.
DIY bed skirt with no sewing Velcro cut a piece of cloth wide enough to reach from the edge of the box spring to the floor. Add 3 inches before cutting. The length should be long enough to wrap around the bed completely. You may need to cut several pieces of fabric to get the length needed. Fold up 1/2 inch on one long end and both shorten your fabric pieces. Press the cover in place with an iron. Use warm glue to keep the cap in place.
Separate two pieces of Velcro strap. Warm glue on the back of the rough side of Velcro strap around the top edge of the box spring. Allow the glue to dry. Glue the back of the soft side of Velcro on the back of the sown fabric edge.
